對於整個3C產品開發流程而言,電路板的設計是相當重要的一個環節,該設計同時牽涉到機構及電子領域,需要投入相當的人力才能完成。本文主要以機構的角度為出發點,探討電腦輔助設計應用於電路板開發的相關流程,其中包括最初的3D模型標準資料庫建立、電子機構間檔案的轉換及讀取、限高區的設定及應用等層面。希望藉由此一標準流程的建立,使得相關電路板的開發設計能夠提高其正確性,同時縮短開發時程。
Regarding to the whole development process of 3C products, PCBA design plays one of the essential roles. Since the design concerns both mechanical and electronic fields, several engineers need to be involved in it to achieve the goal. The paper is mainly from the aspect of mechanical filed to discuss the relevant processes of PCBA development with CAD application. The processes contain standard 3D database establishment, files transference and read between mechanism and electron programs, restrict area definition and application and so on. Hopefully, the generation of the standard process would increase the accuracy of the relative PCBA development and design as well as to shorten the entire process period.
