Life Test;ALT),但對於高性能產品而言,似乎並不實際。因此,
加速退化檢定(Accelerated Degradation Test;ADT)被廣泛㆞用
來評估高性能的產品而有別於㆒般的壽命檢定。因此本篇論文針對兩
種合適的模型討論其最後計劃與模擬研究。
為了做㆒個有效的退化實驗,㆒些因素,如調查頻率(inspection
frequency),樣本數及終止時間(termination time),都必須仔細
考量。這些因素不但影響實驗成本,也影響產品壽命估計的精確性。
在這些限制㆘,利用總實驗成本不超過預算的這些最佳變數來求產品
之壽命分配的第100p 百分位數(percentile)的最小變異數。最後
用模擬及圖形分析的方法,並探討兩種退化模型的穩定性。
