本論文針對傳統v/f感應馬達驅動器在低頻率時常發生轉矩不足,提出感應馬達向量式直接轉矩控制法,設計一個無速度感測回授驅動器。
傳統的直接轉矩控制往往架構在定磁通控制上,不能滿足低轉速高扭力輸出之要求;因此本論文針對定子磁通提出一個變磁通之直接轉矩控制,藉以改善傳統感應馬達驅動器於低轉速扭力不足之缺點,同時保有原來可控速範圍廣的優點,而責任週期調變控制器可有效抑制穩態轉矩漣波,使驅動器有更好穩態轉矩特性;為克服馬達在低轉速運轉時,微控器將不能從編碼器取到計數值得變化,造成速度控制失效;所以實現上採以無速度量測感測的形式。
本論文是以TI生產的TMS320F240 固定點單晶片數位信號處理器(Digital Signal Process)為實現全數位化感應馬達向量式直接轉矩控制驅動器。
