  • 對同步輻射的使用者或利用雷射光準直特性做實驗的人來說,光束的穩定與否,關係到其實驗結果的優劣,因此如何提供高品質穩定的光束是相當重要的。本論文主要是建立光束擾動的控制系統,試圖設計一套適應性控制器,即時地將光束線的不穩定度消除。類似消除振動與噪音的主動式控制方法,將光束的擾動視為雜訊,便可以達成對光束擾動的控制。
    本論文使用FXLMS演算法,利用雷射光模擬同步輻射光束,來消除100 Hz以下的擾動。實驗結果對於弦波擾動至少可以消除大約20 dB左右,對於頻寬100 Hz的擾動大約可以消除百分之六十左右,達到預期之目標。



    The adaptive feedforward controller by using FXLMS algorithm is designed to reduce random fluctuation with 100-Hz bandwidth. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in controlling broadband photon beam fluctuation up to 60 %.
