This study explores the relationships among power distance, employees’ perception of organizational politics, organizational trust, voicing behavior, and job satisfaction. It is found that power distance is not significantly related to organizational trust. Employees’ perception of organizational politics is negatively related to organizational trust. Organizational trust is positively related to employees’ voicing behavior and job satisfaction. Based on the findings, managerial implications and recommendations for future research are thus discussed.
