職業災害頻繁發生於工作場所中,除了由政府訂定法令與措施,企業也可由被動配合轉為主動促進,鼓勵員工提出安全建言,以達到更積極的改善效果,因此本研究以安全建言為依變項,探究安全訓練、心理賦權、安全氣候知覺與安全建言之間的關係,並以心理賦權為中介變項、安全氣候知覺為調節變項,透過階層迴歸方式進行分析。本研究之對象主要包含交通運輸業、傳統製造、高科技製造及服務業等產業,職務類別則包含現場作業、一線服務、維修養護、品管品保、研發製造、職安衛管理及後勤行政員工,採用便利抽樣,並以線上問卷進行實證資料蒐集,共計回收227份有效樣本。
經研究後發現:(1)安全訓練對安全建言具正向影響;(2)安全訓練對心理賦權具正向影響;(3)心理賦權對安全建言有正向影響;(4)心理賦權對安全訓練影響安全建言具部分中介效果;(5)安全氣候知覺對於安全訓練與安全建言間無調節效果;(6)心理賦權與安全氣候知覺對於安全建言之間的影響具替代效果。期能促使企業能透過提供完善而有效的安全訓練,及建立良好的組織安全氣候,以鼓勵員工提出安全建言,進而提升工作場所之安全。
Occupational accidents frequently occur in workplaces. In addition to government regulations and measurements, companies could also take proactive actions to encourage employee safety voice for achieving more positive improvements. Therefore, safety voice is seen as independent variable in this study and explores the relationship between safety training, psychological empowerment, perception of safety climate, and safety voice. In the research model, safety training is seen as the dependent variable, psychological empowerment is seen as the mediator and perception of safety climate act as the moderator, and analyses by using hierarchical regression. The research objectives include employees with various job mainly in transportation industry, manufacturing industry and service industry. Convenience sampling is used and empirical data collection is conducted through online questionnaires. A total of 227 valid samples are collected.
The research results includes: (1) safety training has a positive effect on safety voice (2) safety training has a positive effect on psychological empowerment (3) psychological empowerment has a positive effect on safety voice (4) psychology empowerment has a partial mediating effect on safety training’s impact on safety voice (5) perception of safety climate has no moderating effect on safety training and safety voice (6) psychological empowerment and perception of safety climate have an alternative effect on the influence of safety voice . The study is aim to encourage companies to provide comprehensive and effective safety training and establish a good organizational safety climate to encourage employees to provide safety voice, thereby improving workplace safety.
