本研究以台灣半導體產業中之特用化學品供應商A公司為研究對象,探討其在供應鏈管理中所面臨之採購備貨策略問題。A公司以傳統採購策略與客戶做銷售供貨,且並未導入專業進銷存ERP系統,過去多以經驗法則針對產品自行進行用量預測和安全存貨、再訂購點與訂購量之設定,常造成存貨資金佔用高或報廢風險問題,且難以兼顧供應穩定性與存貨成本控制。在客戶對供貨彈性、即時性及供應鏈合作要求日益提高之背景下,提升客戶之滿意度亦為重要課題,如何選擇合適之採購備貨模式成為關鍵議題。
本研究針對A公司實際供應予半導體封裝客戶P公司的A產品,以四種採購備貨策略情境進行分析與比較,目的在於評估在不同策略組合下,供應商A公司供應給P客戶的A產品之存貨總成本、存貨周轉率與客戶滿意度之商業價值回饋。這四種情境包含:(1)現行以經驗法則進行之傳統採購備貨策略、(2)導入連續盤存訂購系統(s, Q)之策略、(3)導入定期盤存訂購系統(R, s, Q)之策略以及(4)與於P客戶導入寄售策略後,採用(s, Q)策略進行備貨,觀察其對效益指標與商業價值之影響、優劣點及成效,期望能協助有相同狀況的中小型企業做為參考,提升在市場上的競爭力。綜合評估後,若企業重視成本控制與存貨效率,導入連續盤存訂購系統(s, Q)之策略為較佳選擇;若強調客戶黏著度與供應彈性,則導入寄售策略後採用(s, Q)策略進行備貨,會具高度實務優勢。本研究成果可作為半導體特用化學品供應商評估採購備貨策略之實務參考。
This study explores the procurement and inventory strategy challenges faced by Company A, a specialty chemical supplier in Taiwan’s semiconductor industry. Without adopting a professional ERP system, Company A has long relied on heuristic methods to forecast demand and set parameters such as safety stock, reorder points, and order quantities. This approach has frequently led to problems such as high inventory holding costs, product obsolescence risks, and difficulty balancing supply reliability with cost control. As customer expectations for supply flexibility, responsiveness, and collaborative supply chain relationships continue to grow, enhancing customer satisfaction has become an urgent priority. Thus, identifying and implementing an appropriate inventory strategy is a critical issue.
Focusing on Product A supplied to Client P, a semiconductor packaging company, this research evaluates four inventory strategies: (1) the current heuristic-based traditional approach, (2) a continuous review system (s, Q), (3) a periodic review system (R, s, Q), and (4) a consignment strategy combined with a (s, Q) model. Each strategy is analyzed in terms of total inventory cost, inventory turnover rate, and commercial value reflected in customer satisfaction. The results indicate that the continuous review system (s, Q) provides greater benefits for companies emphasizing cost control and inventory efficiency. However, for those prioritizing customer relationship strength and supply chain flexibility, the consignment model combined with the (s, Q) strategy demonstrates substantial practical advantages. The findings of this study offer valuable insights for small and medium-sized enterprises in the semiconductor supply chain when evaluating and optimizing their procurement and inventory strategies.
