  • 本研究主要是利用消除流動靜止區,進一步改善儲槽粒子之流動性。對於消除流動靜止區的方法很多,其中最方便且有效的方法既在儲槽中置入阻礙物改善流場行為,雖然阻礙物的使用非常普遍,但工業界對於儲槽中置入阻礙物改善流動形態與應力分怖的相關研究還很少,傳統上仍大都以經驗的方式處理。本研究是以Johanson設計阻礙物的方法為基礎,以實驗的方法探討儲槽置入阻礙物後對流場的影響,並嘗試改變阻礙物的位置及大小,探討各種阻礙物對流場的影響。
