本實驗利用這蒸鍍法分別蒸鍍相同粒徑不同厚度銀微粒薄膜與不同粒徑大小的銀微粒薄膜,分別以X射線、AFM與SEM判定其粒徑大小與表面型態,再以吸收光譜分析之。從古典的電磁學理論出發,利用比爾定律,分析銀奈米薄膜的吸收率與微粒成長濃度對厚度之關係。利用Wie 理論分析銀奈米薄膜微粒大小與平均軸比例,對吸收光譜譜圖吸收峰值與吸收峰型的影響。
