摘要
一般離子碰撞實驗最主要是利用高能量的離子束來撞擊固體靶,在碰撞的過程中,靶材表面的粒子將會產生濺射(sputtering),這些濺射粒子中有一部分將會成為激發狀態的粒子,隨後再經由降激過程釋放出光子,在藉由光譜儀來偵測這些濺射粒子降激所發出的光訊號,來進行分析。
本實驗主要使用H2、N2與Ar等氣體,經由離子源系統所產生的電子將其游離成H+、H2+、H3+、H2O+、N+、N2+與Ar+等離子後,分別來撞擊以下五種冰靶:(1)甲烷CH4(2)氨氣NH3(3)甲烷CH4:水H2O= 2:1(4)甲烷CH4:氨氣NH3 = 1:1(5)甲烷CH4:氨氣NH3:水H2O = 1:1:1,並利用光譜儀來偵測波長300nm~500nm之間,各種冰靶受到離子撞擊所產生的光訊號,來進行分析;最後分別討論光訊號於不同離子造成的影響以及不同靶材所造成的影響來作比較,希望能夠發現不同冰靶的特性。
