我們利用同步輻射的SEYA光束線,以波長範圍160- 230 nm之連續光源將NO(50 mTorr)激發,觀察其吸收及螢光激發光譜。利用光電倍增管R1460及EMI加上各個不同濾光片,分別量測NO激態A2Σ+(v’=0-2)之螢光隨外加消光氣體壓力之變化,以及將NO激發至某一振動態,經豫弛後各振動態分布之強度。並以Lin與Parmenter之理論將各氣體之消光速率與氣體分子間之凡得瓦耳位能井深作一連結。
