隨著semantic web的發展,網路資源將用ontology表示與管理,OWL-time就是時間的ontology,本文以OWL-time為基礎實作出一個Java介面,使用者需要時,用此API可自動產生 OWL-time文件。本文是第一個這方面研究,預期優點如下:1) OWL-time將時間相關資源用ontology的方式賦予semantics,進而提供描繪時間的統一格式2) 自動產生OWL-time文件,減少coding agent program 的負擔和發生錯誤的可能
With the coming of semantic web, web resources will be represented and managed by using ontology. The OWL-time is the ontology for time, upon which this work implemented a Java application program interface. It automatically generate OWL-time document when needed. The work is the first in this area. Its expected benefits are: 1) OWL-time gives semantics to the time-related resources by using ontology, and then provides a uniform format to describe them. 2) It allows automatic generation of OWL-time document to reduce the effort and errors of coding agent programs.
