為了達到高亮度發光二極體,以提供固態照明之需求,因此本論文研究以發光二極體大尺寸化與高穿透率之透明導電膜之研製為主,且利用自我對準的方式改善傳統製程氧化銦錫透明導電膜之漏電流情形,而在大面積發光二極體的尺寸設計是以1×1mm2與2×2mm2,觀察電極配置與電流壅塞的情形,以增加發光二極體的操作電流。再則我們也應用不同導電膜薄膜(Ni/Au、ITO、AZO、Ni/AZO和NiO/AZO)當作發光二極體之透明導電膜,觀察其電特性與光特性之比較。
