本研究探討遠距工作、彈性工作時間、職家衝突、工作績效與工作滿意度之間的 關係,獲致以下結論:(1)遠距工作與職家衝突有顯著負相關;(2)彈性工作時間與 職家衝突有顯著負相關;(3) 職家衝突與工作績效有顯著負相關;(4)職家衝突與工 作滿意度有顯著負相關。本研究依據研究結果,提出管理意涵與未來研究之建議。
This study explores the relationship among telework, flexible work hours, work family conflict, job performance and job satisfaction. It is found that telework and flexible working hours both has negative related to work family conflict. Work family conflict is negative related to job performance and job satisfaction. Based on the findings, managerial implications and recommendations for future research are thus discussed.
