隨著科技演進與市場潮流的變化,物聯網(Internet of Things, IoT)成為我們日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。在物聯網的應用中最為廣泛應用的就是智能家居(Smart Home)。
智能家居不僅具有傳統的居住功能,還由原本的被動靜止結構轉換成具有能動智能的硬體設備,提供家居環境全方位的資訊交換功能,增強家居生活的舒適性與安全性。智能家居系統是以顧客導向設計的,因此組織中的各部門與上下游的供應商、經銷商皆需有良好的互動與溝通關係,才能降低智能家居系統的失效可能。
本研究主要探討智能家居系統設計與供應協同,以設計鏈運作參考模型(Design-Chain Operations Reference model, DCOR)為主軸,透過新產品開發觀點來建立智能家居設計鏈架構的參考模型,再以供應鏈運作參考模型(Supply-Chain Operations Reference model, SCOR)針對各企業相關的供應鏈部分進一步分析或規劃出適當的供應鏈管理模型。研究透過品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment ,QFD)將顧客的需求融入智能家居系統,進行流程改造與整合,使智能家居系統符合顧客的期望與需求,最終優化顧客的生活方式。
With the evolution of technology and variety of market trends, Internet of Things (IoT) has become an integral part of our daily lives. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept that multiple devices and technology platform collect and exchange data trough internet, and make the life full of intelligent. Generally, Smart Home is the most widely used of IoT.
The features of Smart Home are not only traditional residential functions, but also the conversion from passive static structure to automatic intelligent hardware devices. The ability to transfer data over a network around Smart Home lead to more convenient and safe life. Smart Home system is customer-oriented design, therefore keeping good interaction and communication between upstream suppliers and downstream dealers is the way to reduce the probability of system failure.
In this paper, we will study Smart Home system design and supply chain collaboration. We take Design-Chain Operations Reference model(DCOR) as the principal axis, and applying New product Development to model the infrastructure of Smart Home design chain. Then use Supply-Chain Operations Reference model(SCOR) to analyze different enterprise related cases and constitute appropriate supply chain management model. Using of Quality Function Deployment(QFD), this research brings customer demand into Smart Home system. Then we improve and integrate procedures to response customer respects, and make their life better.
