This study aims to investigate the issues of cross-cultural adaptation, job adaptation, life adaptation, and job satisfaction of international students who choose to stay and work in Taiwan after their graduation from colleges. The graduated international students working as the reserve staff at the well-known F Company are the main targeted participants for the data collection. Supervisors of these targeted participants are also included in this study. This study adopts qualitative methodology such as focus group and in-depth interviews to explore participants' experiences and perspectives. The results show that participants are well adapted into life and work in Taiwan in spite that the obstacle of greater language skill remains for conducting advanced communication with customers and colleagues. Pressure from work is another issue that participants need to address. Compared to extrinsic satisfaction, participants get greater intrinsic satisfaction from work. Drawn on the findings, managerial implications and recommendations for future research are thus discussed.
