  • 本研究以242名員工進行研究,探討人力資源管理實務和員工組織自尊、員工敬業精神及幸福感之關係。研究證實人力資源管理實務與員工組織自尊有正向之關係;員工組織自尊與員工敬業精神有正向之關係;員工組織自尊與員工幸福感有正向之關係。本研究針對研究結果進行討論,並提出管理實務上的建議。


    This study investigates the relationships among human resource management practices, employee organizational based self-esteem, employee engagement, and employee well-being. It is found that human resource management practices are positively related to employee organizational based self-esteem. Employee organizational based self-esteem is positively related to employee engagement. Employee organizational based self-esteem is found to be positively related to employee well-being. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
