  • 在供應鏈中,成員間形成夥伴關係,有別以往呈現敵對關係的交易方式。而資訊科技的發展與普及,改變了企業間溝通的管道,企業採用以電腦網路為基礎的資訊科技,進行跨企業整合流程,資訊科技成為交流訊息重要的媒介。因此,本研究以夥伴關係、供應鏈績效、資訊科技應用為研究主題,加上行銷文獻中被廣泛討論的溝通策略,探索其相互影響的關係。
    本研究以問卷的方式進行資料蒐集。研究結果顯示,溝通策略中的資訊分享與正式的溝通,對於供應鏈成員之間的夥伴關係有正面的影響;而且良好的夥伴關係對於組織在供應鏈中的績效有正面的助益。由此研究結果顯示,與夥伴之間充分進行資訊分享,且經由正式管道進行溝通,將能提升雙方的夥伴關係,夥伴關係的正面助益,亦表現在供應鏈績效上,此研究結果,提供後續研究與管理實務做為參考。
