根據2007 年行政院衛生署的統計,心臟疾病佔據國人十大死因的第二位。因此,對於突發性心臟疾病的偵測,以及其求救系統的研發,成為刻不容緩的事情。本篇論文在手機平台上發展出高移動性的心電訊號(ECG ,electrocardiogram)警告系統,即使在移動當中,系統也能利用微處理器來即時偵測使用者的心率(HR,Heart Rate)。心電訊號將會經過基線飄移(Baseline Wander)和雜訊判斷兩個步驟處理後再做心率的計算。當偵測到異常心率時,異常的心電訊號將被嵌入在語音頻帶中並且傳輸到遠端的照護單位;而且使用者所在位置資訊由全球定位系統(GPS,global position system)
接收器提供並且經由簡訊傳輸至遠端照護單位,遠端照護中心得知使用者位置後,可通報距離使用者最近的單位進行緊急救助。
除了心電訊號,語音訊號也將同時經由語音頻帶傳送至接收端,因此使用者在通話中同時也把心電訊號送出,除了增加傳輸的效率之外,也利於了解使用者的緊急狀況,對於使用者來說存活率也相對提高。
According to statistical report Department of Health, Taiwan in 2007,cardiovascular disease has been listed as the second rank of the top ten leading
causes of death. Since cardiovascular disease induced heart attack may often occur in unexpected situation, development of an emergent alarm system for
early detection of heart dysfunction with high-mobility is important.In this thesis, we intend to develop an ECG alarm system on mobile-phone platform. The proposed system uses a microprocessor to real-time detect user’s
HR(heart rate), even in moving situation. ECG will pass through two process before heart rate counting, BW(baseline wander) process and noise segment process. After these two processes, heart rate will be counting more correctly.Once the hear failure has been detected, the abnormal ECG signals will be embedded in vocal bands and transmitted with vocal signals to remote care
center. Apart from this, user’s position is also positioned using a global position system (GPS) module and the position information will be sent to care center as
well in message format, so that care center can localize the patient’s position and call nearest center for emergent assistances.The system has been practiced in real ECG signal detections. The signals were transmitted through mobile’s voice channel and the ECG signals were
extracted and reconstructed in remote computer.
