論文提要內容:
三十多年來,技術發展所帶動的商機與衝擊對電感元件業至為重大,台商如何認知處境,在多重資源限制下,守住自己的優勢,並運用外地資源與技術,強化研發提昇競爭力,是當前重要的課題;近年來,幾乎所有的全球大型企業均積極佈局大陸,而海峽兩岸同種同文,最能接近、融合,如何吸納其基礎研究及研發資源,藉以擴大研究發展,以開創新局面,為本研究之最主要動機。
為深入探討台灣電感元件業對大陸之『研發動機』、『研發組織功能型態』與『研發能力』之關係,以及員工『入股分紅』之激勵措施,可否適用於社會主義之中國大陸;本研究以個案研究法,探討AG公司對大陸研發之投資。又,本研究採結構性訪談方式,訪談個案公司之多位主管,亦兼採次級資料,來佐證從個案公司所取得之相關訊息。
本研究發現,台灣電感元件業對大陸之研發投資活動,會隨著其動機之不同而設立不同功能型態之研發組織;且其研發能力,亦會隨其研發組織功能型態而有所不同。研究中亦發現,個案公司所採取『群體持股』模式之入股分紅,並未對其研究發展能力有所助益。最後,本研究亦形成“在技術多變或潛在替代品威脅下,低成本策略或產品差異化策略難以有效提升競爭能力,此時,藉由研發新技術或新材料之能力,將是企業不敗之競爭優勢”等之推論。
