電位勢阻滯分析儀(簡稱RPA),是裝置在中華衛星一號(簡稱ROCSAT-1)上科學實驗酬載-電離層電漿電動效應儀(簡稱IPEI)中的感應偵測器,為ㄧ多層平面篩網結構式探測器,目的是利用阻滯電壓得到離子電流,並以阻滯電壓對離子電流的資料值做最佳化處理,求出在華衛一號運行的600公里高空處,電離層的離子溫度、各種離子組成濃度比例以及離子流在華衛一號行徑方向上的速度值。
本文主要在詳述電位勢阻滯分析儀資料值使用取對數再最佳化處理的操作方法,對此一處理模式的運作形態、想法及特性作較深入的探討比對;並利用此一最佳化方法,處理分別由春分和秋分兩個季節時間中選取出一整天的時間,且此時電離層為〝磁場寧靜時段〞(quiet time)的電位勢阻滯分析儀資料值。藉此觀測華衛一號運行位置電離層的形態。
