本論文主要以振動理論與訊號處理分析理論為依據,開發出一套屬於振動測試系統下的頻譜分析軟體。本文以LabVIEW軟體為訊號擷取控制介面,以取得衝擊鎚與加速規的訊號,再經LabVIEW內建訊號處理程式轉換與運算後,可以提供的主要功能為自然頻率分析與阻尼比求取,也可顯示出各通道的時間域與頻率域訊號。搭配上適當的訊號擷取卡(PCI-4461),使得該軟體具備極佳的訊號擷取能力,而所擷取的資料可以透過LabVIEW軟體內建的分析程式做立即性的分析運算,使得所呈現的圖為使用者能所利用。而LabVIEW軟體操作特色在於程式以資料流的方式進行且訊號擷取與資料分析運算可在相同的環境下同步進行,然而使用者僅需提供正確的實驗資料訊號,LabVIEW軟體將會自行運算出使用者所要求之數據及圖形以供使用者解決振動問題。
This thesis mainly takes deals with the vibration theory and the signal processing as the basis; develops spectral analysis software of set to belong to under the vibration test system. The control interface takes the LabVIEW software as the data acquiring, in order to acquires the signal of the hammer and accelerometer, using LabVIEW constructs the signal processing program of transformation and the operation, providing major function for natural frequency analysis and seeking for the damping ratio, can also demonstrate various channel’s the time domain and frequency domain signals. Matching the DAQ card (PCI-4461) , it makes software to have the extremely data acquire ability, and materials may penetrate the analysis program which in LabVIEW software constructs to make the immediately analysis, enable the chart which presents for the user to use . And the characteristic of LabVIEW software is lying in procedure go on as a means of way that material flow and data acquire, material analysis operation can go on in step under the same environment, there is one thing to do for users is offering the correct experiment materials signal, LabVIEW software will make operation out by oneself user''s required data and figure which are for users to solve the vibration problem.
