隨著DVD(Digital Versatile Disk)的問世,光碟儲存容量由CD(Compact Disk)的650Mb快速提升到了現在的數Gb到數十Gb,此結果乃是利用降低光學讀取頭的雷射光波長,以達到更小的聚焦光點,從而能在光碟片上儲存更多的資訊。此時,光學讀取頭聚焦光點的品質好壞,就更為顯得重要,為了達到觀察此一μm等級大小的聚焦光點品質,便需利用光學系統將此一光點放大後,再觀察分析其品質。
本文的目的,在於利用光學放大系統將DVD讀取頭聚焦光點放大後的影像,經由CCD擷取,將訊號傳入電腦,數位化之後經數位影像處理的技巧,將擷取影像過程中的雜訊去除後,分析聚焦光點的品質優劣。由於DVD光學讀取頭會自動調整焦點位置,故不需測量像散。又因光學讀取頭不是成像系統故,場曲(field curvature)及畸變(distortion)不重要,因此DVD光學讀取頭需測量的像差為球差(spherical)及慧差(coma),本文針對此特性設計了光學放大系統量測。又因為將來本系統要改成線上檢測,因此我們使用了光罩法及相對等效慧差,來快速決定DVD光學讀取頭之可用或不可用。期望能以此處理分析的方式,提供一個檢驗光學讀取頭合格與否的方法。
