This study explores the relationships among employees’ core self-evaluations, person-job fit, psychological conditions, and burnout. The results indicate that employees’ core self-evaluations is positively related to their psychological conditions. Employees’ person-job fit is also positively related to their psychological conditions. And psychological conditions are negatively related to burnout. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
