  • 設備、製程與人員是構成生產製造活動的三大要素,如何保持設備持續的運作,使生產流程更加順暢,設備維護管理系統因應而生,然而此一系統的構成因素有那些?是否確實能對生產製造活動產生助益,知名的RCM、HPMM與TPM系統強調它們在這一構面的重要性,然而台灣的製造業對這些系統的認知程度與實務驗證成效如何?在運作過程中有那些的不足與偏差?
    本研究重新整理現今設備維護管理學派理論與回顧設備維護管理演化史,進而深入剖析RCM、HPMM與TPM各系統的運作構面,整理出它們彼此互動關係,透過問卷調查與結構方程式模型,驗證了台灣製造業採用這些系統確實對設備維護管理績效產生正向影響,進而正向影響了生產製造績效,同時TPM系統相較其它設備維護管理系統對生產製造績效的影響效果為大。


    Equipment, Process and People are the three major elements in the operations. How to keep equipment running under normal operation without breakdown? The maintenance management system is the key. However, what are the key elements for maintenance management system? Does it influence the production operations? The famous system like RCM, HPMM and TPM emphysis they are the most important to enhance maintenance management. In Taiwan, the manufacture companies have itself maintenance management system. They are also introduced the RCM, HPMM or TPM system. Do they really understand the key for each system? Do they implement these systems well? Have any gap in their dailey operations?
    The research reviewed the current maintenance theories and the history of maintenance management system. Meanwhile, the research reviewed the RCM, HPMM and TPM system in detail and understood the key elements of each system. Base on the literatures review and using the survey technology to collect data from Taiwan Manufacture companies, the research created the overall model by Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The result indicated maintenance management system in Taiwan had positive influence the maintenance performance and production performance. The research also found the TPM system with higher coefficient under path analysis which means TPM with better performance than other system does.
