  • 實驗設計四種銀含量試片,分別為0 wt% Ag 、0.3 wt% Ag、0.6 wt% Ag與0.9 wt% Ag含量的Al-5Cu-0.3Mg合金,經過T7熱處理後,以光學顯微鏡(OM)、電子微探儀(EPMA)、導電度(%IACS)、微差掃描熱分析(DSC)與穿透式電子顯微鏡(STEM)分析微結構變化。另外施以T7處理和185℃×90小時之長時效處理,進行拉伸強度與硬度之試驗,以暸解不同銀含量對於Ω相析出的影響。
    由DSC試驗中各析出、回溶反應來看,塊狀A201合金中的強化相的析出順序為:
    過飽和固溶體→GP(I)→GP(II)→Ω相→θ''相→θ相
    由DSC與硬化曲線中可得知Ω相在高溫下較θ''相安定。此外整體實驗結果顯示出T7熱處理之下,合金成份含銀量0.3 wt% 即能有效地促使Ω相析出,銀含量0.6 wt%時效果最佳,含銀量達0.9 wt%時卻無法促使Ω相更大量地析出。
