  • 供應鏈中的廠商彼此都有著相互依賴、相互支援的體認,因為單一企業已無法獨自面對市場變化的無常,透過合夥關係的建立,企業與合作廠商擁有共同的願景,藉著資訊的分享和良性的互動使得企業在生產、製造及配送上能夠有效率。過去在探討供應鏈管理時,學者多注重在供應鏈的流程管理等議題上,對於供應鏈中廠商間的夥伴關係著墨不多,本研究從夥伴關係的角度出發,探究社會關係中相當重要的「組織信任」與「組織承諾」兩個要素,與「資產特用性」三者對合夥關係的影響,以及夥伴關係的滿意對組織績效的影響,利用驗徵性調查分析(empirical study),採問卷方式收集資料,以迴歸分析法進行假說檢定的工作。
    經資料分析,本研究的結果證實:「組織信任」與「組織承諾」對夥伴關係具有正向影響,以及「夥伴關係的滿意」亦會帶來較佳的「組織績效」,但「資產等用性」以及其與信任、承諾的交互作用對夥伴關係並沒有顯著的影響。從本研究結果得知,供應鏈中跨組織間的社會關係:「信任」與「承諾」是企業在建立良好合夥關係時相當重要的因素,透過雙方善意的溝通和持續合作的承諾,企業才能在競爭激烈的產業中創造更多的價值。
