將研製完成的M-2D螺旋型電感量測高頻S參數,並建立其等效電路模型。運用此等效電路模型及3-D薄膜製程技術實現一2.4GHz電容耦合式帶通濾波器,由電路的量測特性和等效電路模型模擬良好的吻合度,驗證等效電路模型的準確性和3-D薄膜製程技術的穩定性。
此外,利用本實驗已建立完成大訊號模型的金半場效電晶體(MESFET)為主動元件,結合高電阻係數氧化鋁基板平面薄膜製程技術,設計製作一2.4GHz單級功率放大器,經由輸出功率、功率增益、三階交互調變失真截斷點的基本特性量測,以及數位調變訊號GMSK與π/4 DQPSK的調變方式,量測電路向量誤差百分比之特性等,分析電路所表現的特性,並進一步了解電路可實際應用的領域及未來發展。
