摘要
在銑削3D工件時,配合高速切削的加工策略,為符合穩定切削狀態,須有許多方法可提供高速加工所需的路徑,以保持最佳的加工品質。不同以往多工複雜的傳統切削方式,許多工廠開始使用CAD/CAM
系列軟體來創造最大利潤。因此,本文使用MASTERCAM8.0軟體來探討時下流行的加工機應用。
設計人員為改善加工精度須有相當程度的經驗。因此,在各章節中,我們舉一些例子,討論在加工過程中所發生的問題和解決之道。
例如進退刀和連結、表面移動、粗加工、精加工等等,如何讓刀具路徑最佳化是本文的重點。
工安問題常發生在上班族的周遭,所以,MASTERCAM系統亦提供最小刀長檢測或碰撞檢測,減少CNC 程式出錯機會,以提高安全。
