  •  隨著網際網路日益發達,網路學習己逐漸成為新的學習趨勢。然而學生所關注的除了教學師資、環境與內容之外,老師所給予的關懷也是他們所在意的重點之一。另一方面隨著情緒偵測儀器的發展,在情緒問題上的處理方式亦將成為近來重要的研究課題。綜觀目前眾多教學網站中,並無著重在處理學生情緒問題的系統,而在現有的輔導網站裡,電腦僅扮演著連繫雙方的介面,輔導者與關懷者的溝通採用非同步的一問一答形式。
     因此本研究發展一套使用關懷輔導機制的系統,主要包括個人自評模組、情緒互評模組及關懷對話模組三部分。透過個人自評模組與情緒互評模組偵測學生情緒狀態後,教學者可以藉關懷對話模組加以關懷幫助。其中關懷對話模組包含了虛擬化表情功能與結構式對話功能,輔助關懷者順利的將關懷傳遞給使用者。
     本系統實驗對象主要為8位大一計概班-C#程式語言課程的學生,經由使用結果顯示,使用本系統能讓受測學生感受到關懷,進一步的改善學習情緒、提升學習效率,而虛擬化表情和結構式對話亦能對關懷者在幫助使用者上達成輔助的效用。
     由訪談結果顯示,系統若架構在現有的聊天系統上,將提升其效果與使用頻率。因為根據受訪大部分學生表示,在關懷他人時不會選擇不熟識的人作為關懷對象,而通常受訪學生也不會接受陌生人的關懷。另外有受訪者亦提到結構式對話可能造成使用者隱私權遭侵犯的不適感,而降低感受關懷的程度,在這方面我們建議可採取讓使用者端自由選擇是否使用結構式對話接受關懷的方式來避免。
