Product Service System (PSS) emphasized to meet consumer demand-oriented concepts, the meaning of the product from tangible products to provide service instead of products.
Wearable Technology refers to a calculation function can be worn on the user’s clothing or accessories. Today, because of the rising awareness of health, medical practices from the past simply to emphasize personal service trend, wearable healthcare measurement products will gradually be taken seriously, to track user’s health information, through the concept of cloud computing will data back to the system platform to detect potential problems that may occur, and make timely responses, also hoping to improve not only efficiency but quality of care. However, how accurate and effective integration of products and feedback system, is the main issue of this research.
This research will apply DSM (Design Structure Matrix) and FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) to design a wearable medical device service system.
