  • 在這篇論文,一個motion compensated frame rate up conversion (FRUC)的演算法被提出。我們提出了一個方法藉由參考相鄰的frame可以更精確的計算出motion vector。一般在interpolation之後,畫面會產生一些細小的debris,這是由於在一些動態場景,其物體快速移動,使得因此motion vector很難被精準的預測。為了去減少debirs的產生,我們提出了一個方法去抑制。經由實驗數據顯示,我們提出了方法可以提昇0.48dB。而畫面中的debris大量被減少。


    In this thesis, a motion compensated frame rate up conversion (FRUC) algorithm is proposed. Our proposed method can acquire more accurate motion vector by referencing neighboring frames. After interpolation, some debris will be introduced, because some dynamic scene is hard to predict. For the purpose of suppressing the debris, noise removal filter is applied. According to the experimental result, it shows that our proposed approach improves the up-conversion performance by 0.48dB in average. The annoying artifacts are reduced significantly.
