本研究以具有釋氧/儲氧redox特性的CexZr1-xO2氧化物為擔體,利用含浸法製備CuO/CexZr1-xO2觸媒,探討觸媒於富氫中CO選擇性氧化反應特性。
XRD、TPR證實,適量的ZrO2可固溶入CeO2,造成CeO2結構扭曲、鬆動,增強CexZr1-xO2的(儲氧Ce4+/釋氧Ce3+)redox特性,脈衝式CO吸附實驗證實,於CeO2中引入Zr O2可促進觸媒產生更多的活性中心Cu+。少量ZrO2的引入,確實有助CuO/CexZr1-xO2觸媒於CO選擇性氧化反應之活性,擔體中以Ce0.9Zr0.1O2有最佳表現,7%CuO/CexZr1-xO2觸媒於轉化率達100%所需溫度(T100)比7%CuO/CeO2之T100降低10℃。CuO的最佳負載量為7%,脈衝式CO吸附證實,7%CuO/CexZr1-xO2觸媒有最大CO吸附量,有最多活性中心Cu+,有最佳活性。選擇性方面,7%CuO/CexZr1-xO2小於110℃前,都可維持100%的選擇率,是一個具有極高選擇率的觸媒。CO2及H2O雖會降低7% CuO/Ce0.9Zr0.1O2觸媒活性,但觸媒仍能維持高選擇性,且有不錯的穩定性,經過200小時反應後,觸媒仍能保持接近初始的轉化率與選擇率。CuO/Ce0.9Zr0.1O2活性雖然不及Au/Fe2O3,但有較佳選擇率。CuO/Ce0.9Zr0.1O2觸媒與Pt/Al2O3觸媒之活性相當,但選擇率則遠優於Pt/Al2O3觸媒,具有取代Pt/Al2O3的潛力。
