  • 現代的經營模式越變越複雜,很多經營模式裡決定性的成功因素並不容易被立即察覺,再加上人們處理複雜資訊的能力有限,所以本研究以因果脈絡圖來呈現企業的經營模式。在因果脈絡圖中含有豐富的經營模式資訊,本研究僅針對扮演經營模式活動之間的整合角色來進行探討。研究發現企業的某些經營模式活動會整合零散的活動,使經營模式的活動之間彼此接軌互相整合。
    根據企業在產業鍊上的活動情形,這些扮演整合角色的活動其架構也會不同。本研究也發現根據企業在產業鍊上的活動情形,驅動出整合角色的經營模式元件以及整合角色驅動出的經營模式元件也會有所不同,顯示出企業在發展整合活動以及利用整合活動驅動元件上,不同類型的企業有著其獨特的操作情況。


    Nowadays business model has been complicated, so many sucessful factors of business model can’t be found immediately. Besides, we have limited ability of dealing with complicated information. This essay represents business model with casual maps.
    A causal map include plenty of information of business model. This essay discuss the intergrated role among business activities.We find that some business activities integrate the sacttered activities in order to relate business activities and intergrate business activities.
    According to firm’s role in value chain, the architecture of those integrated activities is different, it can be find that they employ different business component to derives those integrated roles, and they employ those integrated roles to derive different bisiness component. In a word, different types of business model has unique way of applying business activities to integrate business model and exercise those integrated roles.
