  • 從綠色租賃的歷史、起源、演變及相關背景信息開始研究綠色租賃的目的、宗旨、概念及基本原則,並且透過美國帝國大廈個案研究綠色租賃關鍵成功因素以及研究中國地區綠色租賃實施細節,透過此不同區域案件提供相似分析、比較,討論現行綠色租賃的普及度及未來發展,進而分析協助推動綠色租賃的策略、方法及同時也討論了政府及銀行在綠色租賃方面扮演的角色及支持措施,尤其著重在銀行如何提供貸款、投資或其他金融支持方式,再與傳統融資租賃的項目進行比較其在綠色租賃方面的異同、優缺點,最後從前述內容總結出對綠色租賃發展之建議及往後研究方向。


    The research on green leasing begins with an exploration of its history, origins, evolution, and relevant background information. It aims to delve into the purposes, objectives, concepts, and fundamental principles of green leasing. Through a case study of the Empire State Building in the United States, it seeks to identify key success factors in green leasing. Additionally, it investigates the implementation details of green leasing in the Chinese region. By analyzing and comparing these different regional cases, it aims to provide a comprehensive understanding and discussion. This includes examining the current prevalence and future development of green leasing, followed by an analysis of strategies and methods to promote green leasing. The roles of governments and banks in supporting green leasing initiatives are also explored, particularly focusing on how banks offer loans, investments, or other forms of financial support. A comparative analysis is conducted between traditional financing leases and their roles in green leasing, highlighting differences, advantages, and disadvantages. Finally, the research concludes by summarizing recommendations for the development of green leasing and proposing directions for future research based on the aforementioned content.
