  • 工作與生活平衡的概念近年來備受大眾推崇,員工在工作之餘也希望能夠擁有足夠的私人生活及時間。本研究以335 位員工為研究對象,藉由網路隨機蒐集問卷,以階層迴歸分析,探討人格特質、工作生活平衡、工作滿意度、離職意圖及社會支持等變項之間的關係。研究結果顯示大五人格中的情緒穩定特質與工作生活平衡呈現顯著正相關;工作生活平衡與工作滿意度呈現顯著正相關,並與離職意圖呈現顯著負相關。此外,同事給予的社會支持對工作生活平衡及工作滿意度具有調節作用。本研究針對研究結果,提出管理意涵及未來研究的相關建議。


    The concept of work-life balance has been acclaimed by the public in recent years.People hope to have sufficient private life and time apart from work. This study aims to investigate the relationships among employee personality traits, work-life balance, job satisfaction, leaving intention, and social support. Data are collected and analyzed through online survey from 335 employees. It is found that employee’s emotional stability is positively related to work-life balance. Work-life balance is positively related to employee’s job satisfaction and negatively related to leaving intention. It is also confirmed that colleague social support moderates the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction.Drawn on the findings, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
