隨著3C產品的功能不斷的增加,消費性產品外觀朝向多變化與個性化的設計。因此,在原來的射出製程增加了相關的前、後製程,以符合設計需求。此意味增加了製程設備,同時也增加了不良率。所以產業界不斷的發表複合射出型技術的創新也更加重要。所以本論文之研究目的在以產品設計方法中的概念設計為出發點,發展一套系統化分析與設計方法,以能發展出具有創新之複合射出成型製程設計概念。
在本文中,利用功能結構的觀念,將射出成型製程中具體的功能、流程、設備等抽象化,建立對應的表示符號,以此符號即可建立製程功能結構圖,表示出各種包括前後製程的射出成型製程。同時根據系統化發展的變化法則,可將初步製程功能結構圖發展出符合要求、具有可行性的創新複合射出成型設計概念。
此一創新概念方法跳脫了只從單一的製程方案的具體思考,進而從功能架構的抽象思考切入,對於複合射出成型創新設計,提供了具體可行的系統發展方法。此一可行性同時亦在本論文中,針對目前產業界應用的兩種不同的複合射出製程類別,以現有的不同實例加以驗證。
As the functions of 3C products increase, consumer products have seen more variety and characteristics in design. To meet design requirements, necessary front and rear manufactured process has been added to the original injection molding. This also implicates that increasing other process equipment meanwhile defective yield rate. Hence from industry unceasing publication complex injection molding technologies. In addition to multiple designs for plastic injection product satisfied to increase process yield rate work efficiency cost done…..etc. Such as the development of technology In the future complex injection molding of technological innovation is more importance. So the purpose of this report based on product design method and concepts design as a starting point. This research on development of an innovative systematic analysis and design procedure for complex injection molding
In this research paper through utilizing function structural concepts, actual function, procedure and equipment is been conceptualized with corresponding abstract symbols. Function structure diagram of complex injections molding procedure can be created with the abstract symbols. For this abstract symbols created manufactured process function structure diagrams. Structural diagrams of initial stages fit the demands of injection process can be created according to development requirement, allowing innovative complex Injection molding design concepts.
This innovative concept beyond the single task process concrete thinking allows for more abstract ideas to be fused. Providing systematic development process for innovative complex injection molding designs. From industry the possibility of such is also supported by two different complex injections molding process category currently implemented in this research paper.
