  • 近年觀察到企業界資深專業從業人員,尤其是中高階主管,其在轉換職場時,往往會運用累積多年的人際網絡關係,和自身的學識、專業資歷、技術能力等,尋求比現職更好的發展。此外,由於這些中高階主管,在尋求個人事業發展的同時,家庭生活與個人健康的兼顧,也是他們轉職發展的重要考量因素之一。
    然而,轉職後是否真的能符合他們所預期而獲得較好的工作發展,同時提升工作和生活的品質呢? 這些轉職後的改變是否又受研究對象個人的是學識、經歷、技能有正向的影響? 良好的社會人際網絡關係是否為轉職後的中高階主管,帶來職涯成功與家庭生活的助益呢。本研究即嘗試透過對轉職後的中高階主管人員生活品質改變情形的探究,以瞭解其自身的人力資本和社會資本,對其轉職後的生活品質影響效果為何。
    經本研究實證結果發現,人力資本與社會資本對轉職後總體工作生活品質的提昇確實有影響力,且社會資本的關聯影響較人力資本顯著。而人力資本所影響的主要都是在工作層面的變化情形,人力資本愈高,轉職後在與工作直接關聯的生活品質也都有明顯的影響關係,其對於其他生活領域的滿足則無明顯影響效果;而社會資本除了有助於職業發展外,對於其他生活領域則都存在有顯著的正向影響關係。


    In recent years, the senior professional staffs in business, especially senior managers, often use interpersonal network relations accumulated for years and combine with their own knowledge, skills, abilities and professional seniorities etc. to seek better career development while changing their jobs has been observed; moreover, the balance of family life and individual health is one of important factors for career development while they are considering their individual career developments.
    However, whether the new job really could provide senior managers the better life quality and career development after they transfer their job? Whether those changes have been influenced by their knowledge, experience and skills? Whether good interpersonal network relations really can bring success and benefit on career and family life to those senior managers after they transfer their job? This research attempts to study the change of life quality of senior managers after transferring their job in order to understand their own human capital’s and social capital’s influence and effect on their life quality with new jobs.
    The result of study shows that human capital and social capital could affect the overall quality of working life after job mobility and the effective of social capital is more significant than human capital. The human capital affects mainly on the working aspect’s change situation. The human capital is higher; the influence is more obvious on the relation of the new jobs and life quality and the influence and effect is less obvious on satisfaction at other life fields. But the influence of social capital includes all of aspects of working life. The social capital is helpful to the career development; besides, it has remarkable and positive influence on other life fields.
