動力工廠燃燒石化燃料所產生的二氧化碳是造成溫室效應的主因;因此,如何回收工廠所排放出來的二氧化碳將是解決二氧化碳問題的首要步驟。
本研究利用雙塔真空變壓吸附程序(VSA)來回收高純度的二氧化碳,進料為20%二氧化碳和80%氮氣的混合氣體,吸附劑採用13X沸石(13X zeolite)。藉由實驗與模擬方式探討雙塔式真空變壓吸附程序,探討不同操作變數對產物濃度、產物回收率的影響;結果為:產物平均濃度可達39%,而回收率也高達97%。
