本文主要目的為對一四邊皆簡支撐的金屬薄板,板中心的施予一外力激振,利用電壓回饋壓電吸振器,藉於板中央上下個貼附一壓電材料,形成電壓回饋壓電吸振器,以降低薄板的振動,並討論其振動響應,以數值模擬作為分析。
首先以介紹壓電材料原理與特性,配合系統對薄板和壓電材料的基本假設,使用漢米爾頓定理,可求出板加上壓電材料的運動方程式,並配合不同控制電路方程式,分別為被動式吸振電路方程式、主動式速度回饋吸振電路方程、
主動式位移回饋吸振電路方程式,並以Galerkin''s method 求得薄板的位移解,文中也將對感測器的準確性作討論,並討論系統影響變數所造成影響。
