  • 逆向工程應用在產品設計上,主要著重於曲面組的建構。原因
    為高品質曲面有以下優點:資料結構精簡、產品表面順滑,運算快
    速,曲面應用上具有較大的彈性;進而以該曲面為基礎,可快速生成
    實體模型,應用於工程圖、模具圖、工程分析、甚至動畫廣告用途。
    點資料處理是最底層的應用技術。處理後且優良的點資料具備
    有點數精簡而不失真的特性。有優良的點資料為基礎,即能建構高
    品質曲面。以此點資料為參考基礎,已發展出兩種不同的曲面建構
    方法,即曲面之線架構法與曲面之面架構法,以求曲面最佳化處理。
    文中引用汽車外鈑件建構實例從逆向工程技術觀點出發,探討
    並整合不同經驗與技術以建構曲面模型;所有產品上必定有較多的
    自由曲面以組成外觀表面,以及許多幾何特徵與標準元件建構而
    成。這篇研究主要探討外觀表面曲面的建構手法與觀念,期找出建
    構的共通性;並歸納出一些分類與準則。從各部件建構過程歸納出相
    似方法與流程。


    The main purpose of Reverse engineering is to create high quality
    surface.The advantages of such high quality surface are their simplified
    data structure which make software application easily modify and
    frequently used in automobile design to make products much attractive.
    In addition, they could be transferred into solid model applications
    without any losing such as untrimed or distortion surface .As a result, the
    usage of high quality surfaces induce many revolutions in some industry
    such as automobile, 3D comic movie, analysis engineering and so on.
    Point data management is the base technique for creation of high
    quality surface. These well-treated point data is used for two method of
    surface creation, curve-base method and surface-base method.
    The main subject of this study start at the process of create
    appearance surface of a car. The main challenge in such application is
    how to make good surface through Reverse engineering. By comparing
    to different case and software, some rules of efficiently creating good
    surface and manners of productively using command are listed for
    reference.
