本篇論文主要介紹群集二元資料(cluster binary data)下,一些分析及檢定方法。其中我們討論的有Beta-Binomial (Skellam, 1948)、Correlated-Binomial (Kupper & Haseman, 1978)、Multiplicative-Binomial (Altham, 1978)三種分配模型及其檢定方法,以及無模型假設下的檢定方法(Rao & Scott, 1992)。
此外,我們亦利用模擬比較本文所提之各檢定方法在維持既定顯著水準(significance level)下,其檢定力(power)的表現。由研究中發現,就整體而言,以Beta-Binomial分配模型來做為分析檢定群集二元資料同質性的依據,能夠得到較高的檢定力。
