本文是建立一套新的光學監控系統,分別設計粗調系統與細調系統來調整三片R-G-B液晶面板,粗調系統的架構係利用圖形辨識來判讀投影出去五個實心圓座標提供調整的特徵值,細調系統係利用CCD攝影機拍攝液晶面板上的像素點,經過影像處理後得到一組近似光柵條紋分佈的圖案。
當校準投影的Green面與投影的Red面時,把投影的Green面的液晶面板當作參考面,Red面液晶面板當作物面,當R面液晶面板與G面不對齊時,從電腦螢幕上可以觀察到疊紋效應,從疊紋間距變化得知投影的Red面與Green面是否對準。
