  • 經營模式的創新已成為國內外企業最關心的議題之一,當產業環境的變動愈來愈劇烈,要如何快速反應並維持企業的競爭優勢,優秀的企業必須摸索出一套應變的能力。然而,經營模式是由許多經營活動共同組成,根據學者的看法,活動之間的適配、互相強化能夠形成一個緊密的活動鏈,並且呈現出活動系統的主題性。
    本研究嘗試以圖象化的方式來分析由經營模式的活動所構成的活動網路系統,首先運用社會科學中的網路分析技術,來探討個別活動的影響力,並配合NK model 的適配度概念進而發展出適合用來衡量經營模式活動整體適配度的指標,透過該指標來觀察經營模式中的關鍵活動,然後結合Pajek 結構分析的方法形成一組緊密連繫的活動系統。
    為了使這些互相強化的活動系統能夠呈現出內涵的主題性,本研究運用紮根理論的研究方法,結合學理、實證案例與活動之間的互動關係,嘗試萃取出一些概念性的主題,形成由不同的活動子系統所構成的經營模式設計五大主題,提供企業可以參考的經營模式改善路徑。最後以一個個案為例,根據這些經營模式設計的主題提出一些改善方案。


    Business model innovation has become one of the most critical issues in the world. As the industry environment is advancing more and more rapidly, successful enterprises ought to come up with ways to respond quickly and sustain their competitive advantage in the market at all times. However, the business model is composed of numerous activities, and according to viewpoints of Michael E. Porter, the fit among these activities create a very strong link, and it embodies the themes in the nests of tightly linked activities.
    The research attempted to analyze the system of activities by graphical and diagrammatical approach. Firstly, the research used the social network analysis to discuss the power of individual activities. Secondly, by adopting the NK model, the research proposed a measurement to access the fitness of the entire activities network of business model and to identify the core activities in the enterprise model. Lastly, through the structure analysis of Pajek software, it constructed a strongly connected system of activities.
    In order to display the themes embodied in the reinforcing activities, the research adopts grounded theory as the analyzing methodology. By integrating the literature, empirical cases in the database and the interaction of activities, the research tried to crystallize some conceptual notions and construct five design themes of business model which were composed of different activities systems to provide feasible directions in improving the business model. Lastly, the research took a company as target to demonstrate some proposals to improve the business model.
