國立中央大學將在中壢架設動態式電離層觀測儀(dynasonde),因為舊的訊號處理卡的製造廠商已經停產且效能已不敷需求,所以需要置換新的訊號處理卡,也因為訊號處理卡不同所以軟體部分也需要更改,幸運的是dynasonde軟體的原始碼都是公開的,也就是說沒有軟體版權的問題,在此論文中表面上看來只討論更新動態式電離層探測儀(dynasonde)的訊號處理部分,可是事實上卻涉及了所有雷達軟硬體的控制與更新,所以在此論文中也將說明訊號處理卡和雷達的硬體的低階控制方式與軟體的更改方式。
National Central University will set up a new HF Radar(Ionospheric Sounder) in Jungli-Li. The HF Radar called “Dynasonde”. Because the Dynasonde is a old machine, we need to upgrade it’s signal processing card. When we upgrade the DSP card, we need to upgrade the software that include all command for DSP card. In the thesis will discuss all hardware and software controlling of Dynasonde and the upgrade of signal processing card
