Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) after a century of development, technology and products gradually mature. In recent years, UAV has been widely used in different industries, such as agriculture, logistics, electronics and manufacturing. Therefore, UAV product must be designed and developed according to different customer requirements. With the advent of the era of Industry 4.0, manufacturers have invested in UAV product development, technology research and development and workflow. The air robot revolution triggered by unmanned aerial vehicles is coming.
For this reason, all the UAV-related technology, Components and supply chain for modular integration. In a UAV product family, it can be used to distinguish UAVs from function, size, customization degree. As a result, manufacturers can respond to changes in a fast and diverse demand environment, but also effective control of production costs, avoid waste of resources.
In this paper, we are based on "UAV industry", we will plan to build the basic architecture and product activity flow of the UVA product under the "Industry 4.0 Environment", by Designing Structure Matrix (DSM), analyzes the UVA the spare part and between the UVA supplier's relations, again by the Multi-Domain Structure (MDM), planning a "collaborative design and collaborative supply of UAV family of products", to enhance the efficiency of UAV product development.
