Global fierce competition led to the importance of supply chain management in 2008 continued the fiery, Rai et al.,(2006)based on research by the structure, to access that the performance of the supply chain organization, the first step for the IT infrastructure integration and then for the information flow, logistics entities, the flow of processes related to integration, the end of the supply chain performance. In addition, Melville (2004)added by the research framework, further pointed out that factors affecting the integration process for the IT resources (TIR), Human Resources (HIR) and the complementarity of organizational resources, and outside factors affecting is the trading partners. I am from the two papers of the structure and found that Rai et al., (2006) by the framework of the factors affecting the integration process should not limited to the integration of IT infrastructure, should consider to Melville (2004) study In the framework proposed by the Human IT Resource and Complementary Organizational Resources, makes the IT infrastructure with more integrity, the process of integration more complete. Empirical studies of the IT human resources to face the IT infrastructure configuration has a positive impact, when the body through IT human resources and IT infrastructure to create a substantial advantage, manufacturers also will consider partnerships included in the study. On this basis, to further the process of integration of action in order to achieve the Organization of the supply chain to share information, cut approved amount, frequency of orders increased, the reduction of buffer stock, as well as the efficiency of IT and business process integration to do And further it as a supply-chain management processes, the interaction between the best and reach their pursuit of performance objectives.
