當前在教學理論與實務上,有逐漸強調合作學習的趨勢。合作學習可以促進學生的合作能力,包含合作的知識、技能和情意等方面,透過彼此間的知識擴展與互動交流,一起達成共同的學習目標。而有效的合作學習是建基於互相信任,相互交流,彼此合作而產生的,因此,若可以提升小組成員間彼此的信任度,將可充分發揮小組合作學習的成效。
本論文的目標便是建立一個可以提升小組成員間信任度的輔導機制。透過對學生在組內信任與學習狀態的取得及分析,協助學生彼此互相信任,並提供教師在平常上課時得不到的學生學習資訊,方便老師了解學生的合作情形及組內的信任狀態關係,藉而提供學生有效的學習輔導。
本系統實驗對象為48位大一計概班-C#程式語言課程,實際使用七週上課時間,經由使用結果證實,系統對於學生在組內的信任程度確實有提升的效用並改善了組內的學習互動情形,而且在小組的學習成效上也有大大的提高。另外,學生也會不時的上站來關心自己在組內的信任狀態藉而自我反省,透過系統給予的建議與看法以增強自己不足的地方,適時的督促自己進步。
