The Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) is an information management system that helps enterprises allocate their resources best. With this system, the information flows are integrated to improve the performances of operational processes and productivities of enterprises and eventually enhance the competitive advantages. When the system goes online, the administrative departments have to evaluate the effectiveness of the huge investment with a valid and subjective scale. This research develops an evaluation model for ERP System by reviewing and analyzing the literatures. The model considers the involvement of outer-organizational consultants.
