摘要
本研究針對航太工廠內的葉片檢測技術進行兩項研究,第一項研究是針對工廠內各個量具工作站的葉片檢測資料的管理方式進行改良,利用資料庫的技術將各個工作站的葉片檢測資料集中於伺服器來管理。包括規劃葉片資料、建立葉片檢測資料庫和開發專用的葉片檢測資料庫管理介面提供用戶端使用。
第二項研究是在葉片量測技術上發展電子式多點量測系統,主要是輔助三次元量床在風扇葉片在Midspan上的檢測。利用28把電子式壓縮測頭配合夾治具量測Midspan上的24個目標點。以RS-232介面與Sensor的控制器進行通訊,並以連結單機資料庫的方式管理量測資料。
ABSTRACT
There are two researches which focus on inspection technology for blade at aerospace factory in this study. The first one is to improve the management of blade inspection system in each workingstation at the factory,and utilized of the database technology to gather the data of inspection for blade in each workstation into the server. The system which offers to these end-users includes planning the data of blade, establishing inspection database of blade, and developing professional management interface of inspection database for blade.
The second one is to develop electronical multi-point measurement system in measuring technology for blade . The main goal is to help CMM to test fan blade in Midspan. This study made used of twenty-eight Electronical compressable probes and cooperate with the fixture to measure these twenty-four points. I communicate with the controller of Sensor by RS-232 interface, and manage the measurement data by connecting with database for single-user.
